We are so sorry if you didn't like your product or it didn't fit well, but oh well that's life! The product must be returned to us within 15 days and be eligible for a refund too. All you have to do is:

-Send an email to us, at [email protected], informing us for the return and request a Return Form
-Fill out the Return form and make sure that you fullfil all the following conditions mentioned below
-Send your package to the address we 'll provide you with. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for the return shipping costs or the dispatch/arrival of your package. We always encourage you to send your packages with a tracking number because there are cases that packages do not arrive/get lost in the way/return back to you and we are not able to assist you properly at that point.

You are eligible for a refund if you fulfill all of the following conditions:

-The product is unused
-The product is returned to us within 15 days. We are not responsible for the dispatch or the proper arrival of your package if we are not provided with a tracking number and a shipping carrier.
-The product is in its original packaging, has all the laybels and tags still attached
-The product is sale-able condition
