For your return your choices are: Exchange with another piece. If you want to replace it with something else available, then you need to inform us in advance, in order to keep your new item reserved for you. The exchange must be done within 10 working days of receipt for orders from Greece and within 14 working days of receipt for international Orders. The new product must have the same or higher price from the original. For product exchanges of greater value than the original order value, we will contact the customer who would have to cover the price difference. Full amount refund. You may apply for a full refund of the money you spent on your order by the same method you used to pay. If it was Cash On Delivery method you'll receive the amount via bank transfer which takes approximately 2-3 days to complete. In case you would like to return an order at our offices and receive a refund, please do so within 10 business days of receipt (Orders from Greece), 14 business days of receipt (International Orders), using any courier service.
