REFUND OR CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of a defective or damaged product upon receipt, contact our store immediately sending us photos of the condition of the product. We will replace it immediately at no cost to you.

In the event that you wish to exchange or return a non-defective product, it must be in its original condition and not tampered with. The consumer has the right to withdraw without reason within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product in accordance with Law 2551/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A. Z1-891/2013).
