If for any reason you wish to return or exchange your jewelry, I will gladly take it back. However bear in mind that you're responsible for the cost of return shipping and that I need to receive the item in its original condition. So, make sure to pack it snugly in a box of similar size and durability, if you don't have the original one.
As soon as I receive the piece, I will proceed with the refund or exchange process (with items of same or higher value).
