"LOV" is all about intertwining these diverse points of view, weaving them into a cohesive line that embraces various designs and colors. It is a powerful expression of empathy. This project aims to remind people to see the world through the eyes of others, to walk in someone else's shoes. By doing so, we broaden our perspectives and deepen our understanding. Together, we can see more, feel more, appreciate more, understand more, achieve more.
What makes our products unique is the concept behind them: every design reflects a point of view, a lived moment, or an emotional truth. From coral-inspired growth to the strength of thorns or the clarity of wind, each garment carries a story—subtle, yet deeply personal. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
If your return is accepted, instructions will be provided on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping will be covered.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified if the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
