DELAYS DUE TO CUSTOM PROCEDURES Once an order is sent, normally it arrives within the estimated delivery times (see the details for your country above). However, it might happen that the order gets stuck in the customs for a longer period. I am not responsible for any delays due to custom procedures. If it is more than 6 weeks since the shipping day, I can file a complaint at my local post office. Untill I get an official answer from them, •I will not consider the order lost, neither refund it•, given that once it finally clears the customs, it will be delivered to the provided address. PACKAGING All items are sent nicely packaged in a linen bag, ready to be gifted. However, if you wish me to send the item in a special gift box and add a note, we can arrange it.
