Orders to USA can take up to 3 weeks to deliver due to customs. Note that international recipients are responsible for duties and taxes upon delivery. In case of damage during shipping, please send us a picture of the damaged item and package within 24 hours upon receiving. You have the right to return a product within 14 days from the date of delivery. The product must be returned in its original condition, undamaged and in its complete packaging.
