Returns/ exchanges are acceptable within 10 days of receiving the order. Items must be in their original condition and unused. Items must be responsibly and properly packaged and sent. The cost of returning items is covered by the buyer. After verifying the items, the refund is made in 10-15 days. Shipping cost is not included in the refund. Personalized items cannot be returned.
