Return Policy
According to consumer protection legislation (Law 2251/1994), you have the right to return any handmade jewelry purchased from our store within 14 calendar days of receipt, for a full refund.

Basic Requirement: Original Condition
For a return to be accepted, the jewelry must be in its exact original condition:

It must be unworn and without any wear or signs of use.

It must be returned inside its original packaging (box, pouch).

It must strictly be accompanied by the proof of purchase (receipt).

Procedure & Costs
Notification: You must send us an email or message prior to returning the product.

Shipping Costs: The shipping expenses for the return are borne exclusively by the buyer.

Refund: Once we receive the jewelry and inspect its condition, we will refund your money within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Please Note: If the jewelry is returned altered, used, or without its original packaging, the store reserves the right to refuse the refund.
