RETURNS POLICY

Returns procedure:
The company provides the possibility to exchange a piece of jewelry with another one for any reason, provided that it is returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Please note that the shipping cost in this case is charged to the customer.

Very important to know about returns:

The basic requirement for the return to be accepted is for the jewelry to be in the same condition as you received it, not to have been worn, and for nothing to be missing from its packaging (tags, etc.) as well as to include the purchase receipt or exchange card in the package.

Until the product reaches us, it is your responsibility, so it is important to ensure its safe transport to avoid any damage and, therefore, inability to return it.

Attention:
In the unfortunate event that the product arrives to you damaged, please notify us immediately on the same day.

The following products are not exchanged or returned:
Custom-made products and seasonal items (charms, candles).

We do not accept returns for worn jewelry.

In case of doubt about the condition of the returned jewelry, the knowledge of the specialized personnel of the company will prevail after an inspection.
