Return policy:
The customer reserves the right to return a defective product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt by the partner courier company. A prerequisite for the classification of a product as defective and its return is that it must not bear any obvious signs of use or be treated in such a way that makes the attribution of responsibility between the customer and Parakeet Rail indistinguishable. Upon return and receipt of the defective product by Parakeet Rail, the customer may request either replacement with a new and identical product or a refund. In both cases, the shipping costs of the defective product shall be borne by Parakeet Rail, which shall be credited to the customer after the quality control of the product. The refund to the customer is made by the exact same means of payment used in the original transaction to purchase the product. In the case where the cash on delivery method was used in the original transaction for the purchase of the product, the refund is made to a bank account indicated by the customer after contacting Parakeet Rail. The customer is fully responsible for the correctness of the details of the bank account he/she declares for the refund. A prerequisite for the return of a faulty product is the perfect condition of the packaging and the product, as certified by Parakeet Rail after an inspection. In particular, the customer must keep the defective product and its packaging in perfect and fully unaltered condition. The faulty product is returned in its original packaging together with any accompanying contents (stickers, posters, gifts, accessories). After Parakeet Rail has received the faulty product, the correctly ordered products are re-sent at no extra charge to the customer.

The customer reserves the right to withdraw without giving reasons within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product by the partner courier company. The right of withdrawal is granted exclusively to natural persons for products intended for personal use by the customer. A prerequisite for exercising the right of withdrawal is the perfect condition of the packaging and the product, as certified by Parakeet Rail following an inspection. More specifically, the customer must keep the product and its packaging in perfect and fully unused condition, returning the product in its original packaging together with any accompanying contents (stickers, posters, gifts, accessories).
