Return policy:
The customer can request a withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date of order receipt, but must first inform the e-shop of the exercise of this right. The return is the responsibility of the customer, and the cost of shipping is borne by the customer. All products, upon return, must be in their original packaging, never used, and returned with all accompanying documents. If the product is in good condition and the right of withdrawal has been declared, the customer can either make a new purchase of equal value or request a refund. The refund is made within 2 working days from the day the returned product is received by our e-shop. In both cases, there is no refund of shipping costs paid during the initial order.
In the event that a defective or incorrect product is sent, the product can be returned, and the customer can either request a refund or have the product resent. The return of the product is done according to our company's instructions after communication. The product should be in good condition, in its original packaging, and without removing any special markings. The cost of shipping is not borne by the customer.
