Return policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Andalios order. If you're not 100% happy, you can return the product within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or store credit. Please contact us before shipping anything back, and note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it.
Damaged Goods: We take utmost care in packaging and inspecting each order before shipping. In the unlikely event of a damaged piece arriving, please send us a photo within 24 hours to arrange for a replacement or refund. We'll promptly send out the replacement product.
