You may return an item within 14 calendar days of the date your order was delivered.
It is essential that the item is in the same condition as it was at the time of delivery, not having suffered chafing or other damage, being accompanied by the receipt and sent in an envelop marked “Return”.
In case of return, you are charged with the cost of delivery in relation to returns of products and we will reimburse you the total amount of the returned products’ price within 30 calendar days of the day of delivery.
