Dear reader, welcome to our meet market e-shop! We are the Artiko team, and we are excited to share the unexpected journey that brought our bags to life.
Artiko is short for Artemis Oikonomou, the founder and designer behind this bag universe. It all started as a hobby for an architect with a playful heart and an eccentric love for fashion, fueled by persistence and patience. Artemis has always been passionate about design, constantly experimenting with patterns and colors. One day, she decided to try her hand at making a bag. Little did she know, this would be the start of something amazing! In 2018, the first Artiko collection debuted the world, ready to make its mark, whether big or small (that’s up to you to decide)!

Our brand is built on a foundation of respect, integrity, and quality. We prioritize our customers by ensuring exceptional service and valuing their feedback. Designed in Athens, Greece, and manufactured by local craftsmen (or sometimes still by Artemis, who loves making bags), our bags embody both style and quality. We believe in ethical practices throughout our production process, from responsibly sourcing materials to ensuring fair labor practices. Every bag we create not only reflects our passion for design but also our dedication to making a positive impact on our hometown community and the world.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If for any reason you change your mind, we are happy to accept returns and exchanges for any merchandise that is not on sale or custom-made.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:

-The product has not been used, washed, or damaged in any way.
-The product is in its original packaging with all original tags still attached.
-The product is accompanied by the original sales receipt.

To proceed with an exchange, follow these steps:

Contact Us: Within 3 days of receiving the merchandise, send us a message. If your request meets our guidelines, we will send you an exchange authorization within 3 business days.

Return the Product: After receiving authorization, return the product to the address below. It must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving the merchandise for Greece and European countries, or within 15 days for the rest of the world. Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all tags attached and the sales receipt included.

Courier Details: Use the same courier that delivered your package, and include a tracking number. This helps us assist you if the package is lost or delayed.

Costs: Courier expenses and any additional costs related to returning the product are the customer's responsibility.

Approval and Notification: Once we receive and approve your return, we will notify you via email. You will then have 5 days to inform us of the product you wish to receive in exchange. The new product must be of equal or higher value than the original, excluding shipping costs.

Availability: Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of the desired exchange item. We recommend contacting us before initiating the return process to check availability.
