Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and undamaged.
Products must be returned in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Exceptions
Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom-made items or pieces with personalized engravings.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the item so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued using the original payment method.
