Manage Storefront

You can access your Storefront from the menu on the right hand side of your "My Shop" maker profile.  Select "View Storefront" to see how it appears to all our visitors or "Edit Storefront" to get started or make changes at any point.

Once you have added your brand's logo and motto from the Shop Settings on your My Shop page, you can start curating your Storefront by selecting the "Edit Storefront" option.

This will take you to your Edit Storefront page featuring various sections for you to fill out and personalize. We go through each of these steps one by one in the following sections of the Selling Online Help Center.  You also have option of creating a bilingual Storefront (Greek and English), reaching and audience that spans far and wide.

“The Story”:
Tell us a few meaningful words about you and your brand.  For example, What's the reason you started making the products you make? How did it all begin? What's your inspiration? What are the values and philosophies behind your brand? What do you stand for?  Who's your audience?  Anything you consider important, we want to hear.  Visitors will feel a deeper connection to you and your brand the more they know about you. Feel free to add your own touch with imagination, humor and personal details. Just be you.

“The products”:
Tell your visitors all about your product by providing essential details.  Present your selected range of products, tell us materials they are made of, share the techniques you use to make them, and highlight the special features that make them unique and desirable.

“Shop Policies”:
-Do you offer International shipping?
Simply select "Yes" or "No" based on your specific shop policies.

-Do you accept returns?
Yes: If you accept returns, fill in the terms and conditions on which you accept them. 
No: If you do not accept returns, simply select the "No" option.  No further actions necessary.

Once you have filled out all the above fields, click "Save" to complete the first step of creating your Storefront.

In this step, you can select up to 5 products from your product listings and give them a unique title based on a common theme.

By pressing the Edit button of this section, the "List of Welcome Products" page opens and with the "Select products" button, your product listings will appear.  Select up to 5 product listings of your choice by clicking on the corresponding photos.  Press "OK" to save and close the list. Then we recommend that you "Give your product selection a title" that will define the common theme among them.  For example: Summer essentials, My latest creations, Best Sellers, Blue is the new black, The perfect Christmas gift.... whatever you fancy!  Get creative!  Complete the process by clicking "Save".

By pressing the Edit button, a new page opens where you can choose one product you want to feature. We suggest you choose one of your favorites from your list of products by clicking on the corresponding photo.

Now time to write something about it - short & sweet. For example, 100% organic, Soft as a feather, We love what we do, etc. You can write something about the specific product or about your brand in general… anything you like as long as it highlights something about your chosen product.

Next, “Upload a complimentary photo” for your product. This can be a lifestyle photo that shows it in use, or a flattering picture in terms of color, pattern, mood, etc. Feel free to experiment.

Finally, you can “Choose a section color” that will act as the background of the entire category. We recommend that you do not to use a dark color as it will affect the visibility of your text. By clicking on the rectangular color box, a color palette appears for you to choose from. Don't limit yourself! Press the “Save” button to complete the process and move on to the next section.

Click on the edit button to open a new page opens where you can showcase a larger list of your products, ideally 5 or 10 for display purposes. Maybe they're your latest creations, on sale, or seasonally relevant ones… perhaps they share a common theme. To show your audience your wide range of creations, we recommend you don’t use products you’ve already featured in previous sections. Next, give your product selection a title and click "Save" to complete the process.

Click the edit button to bring up the text module. Here, you can write a quote that you love, a motto that represents you, some words from an artist you admire, your favorite line from a song, or something clever you just thought of! If you want, you can add accompanying text or reference the song or artist you quoted, which will appear in a smaller font underneath your main text. Click "Save" to complete the process.

By pressing the edit button, you can choose a video of your choice to feature. Here’s the perfect time to show a video you have made for your brand or products, or share a video that gives you inspiration. All you have to do is copy/paste the URL of your video and we will take care of the rest. Please note that you cannot use Facebook videos here… preferably YouTube. Next, write the caption you want to appear right below your video and press "Save".

By pressing the Edit button, a new page opens where you can choose two products you want to feature. We suggest you choose two products that work well together and select them by clicking on the corresponding photos.

Now time to write something about them - short & sweet. For example, The power of pattern, The perfect pair, Back to school,  Beach Bound, etc. You can write something about the specific products or about your brand in general… anything you like as long as it highlights something about your chosen products.

In this section, you don't need to do anything because our algorithm does it for you! It shows all of your active products listings and presents them as a complete catalogue, so that your visitors will see all of your available creations in one place.

At Meet Market we support solidarity and mutual respect. We are a community and so as part of this philosophy, we encourage you introduce & share your favorite makers to the audience that follows you.

By clicking the Edit button, you can write a title (e.g. I love these guys) and a Subtitle (e.g. Check out some of my favorite makers in the Meet Market universe) and then select your favorite fellow makers from our alphabetized maker catalogue. Click "Save" to complete the last part of your showcase!

You can see the visible version of your storefront by selecting the My Storefront button on the menu of your Shop Profile. Click on “View storefront" and the window of your store opens in front of you, exactly as the visitors of the TMM e-shop see it. Do you think it would convince them to come in and shop? If so, great! If not, make the changes you need to get them shopping!
