General Information

Your cart is a summary of all the products you have chosen to buy from the e-shop and will appear at the last stage before placing your order. This is where you can see the your chosen products grouped by Maker and all their relevant information, such as photos, quantity, price, estimated delivery date and cost. You can also manage the products in your cart by editing the quantity, selecting your desired shipping methods (when applicable) and deleting any products you decide not to buy. You can also send a message to Maker, for any last questions or clarifications.

Your cart also gives you the option to choose between "Checkout only from this maker" (left), if you want to proceed with only one order from one specific maker, or "Place order" (right), if you want to proceed with a total order. Don't worry if you forgot something as you will be able to take a look at your order again, before paying, in the next step ("Order overview").

In the TMM e-shop you can pay by Debit/Credit card or Paypal. The security of your transactions is very important to us, so we have taken all the necessary measures to protect your data. You can save the details of one or more cards in the Payment Methods of your Profile, so when it comes time to pay for your order, you only have to choose which payment method you prefer.

In case you do not wish to save your card payment details, you can simply add them manually each time you reach Step 3 (Payment) of the checkout process.

You can pay for order on the Meet Market platform using Paypal or your credit card, including Visa, Mastercard, Diners and Discover.  In order to process your credit card payments, TMM uses a third party payment splitter, Everypay.

TMM is partnering with Everypay which is a licensed payment provider to facilitate card payments and other payments, the disbursement of funds to the makers, fraud analysis, identity verifications, etc.
Recognizing the importance of electronic payment security, EveryPay is a licensed Payment Institution by the Bank of Greece (Decision No. 280/3 / 23-7-2018 GG B 3010 / 25-7-2018), and manages securely card payment transactions, in accordance with the regulatory framework of the card transaction security management standard. Everypay is certified in accordance with the PCI DSS compliance standards. All Everypay services are made through secure connections with 256bit SSL certificates. EveryPay also supports the ability to use the 3D Secure service, an additional security token for VISA & MasterCard. The Payer then has to enter his personal secret code to complete the transaction successfully.

With Everypay, we share the makers’ and customers’ personal data that is absolutely necessary for the payments processing. In the case that your payment is declined, we recommend that you:
- place your order again
- confirm that you have filled in all the mandatory fields
- make sure that you have entered all your card information correctly (card number, security code, expiration date, etc.)
- contact your bank to explain why the process is not proceeding.

If you still don't succeed, you can always try paying with another card.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges:

The terms and conditions for returning, exchanging and refunding products differ for each Maker and are displayed on the storefronts of each maker in their store's Policies section, and on the individual product listings of each maker. We recommend that you read the policies carefully before proceeding with an order or return. If you need any further clarification, you can always send a message to Maker directly, as they are the most suitable person to help you.

You can message the Maker by visiting their store front, which is accessible directly from each of your order.

The processing, packaging and shipping of orders is also the sole responsibility of each Maker. In case there is a problem with the order you received, you should contact the maker directly by sending them a message with as many details as possible so that they can give you the best solution.

Cancelling an Order:

In order to cancel an order, you must get in touch with the maker as soon as possible and ideally before they dispatch their order to you. You can message the Maker by visiting their store front, which is accessible directly from each of your order. If Maker's help wasn't enough, you can always contact TMM Support.
