Plextouli products are crocheted one by one to order. For this reason, unfortunately, it is not possible to return or change. If you receive a defective product, you can request a return of the product within 2 days of receiving it. I undertake to replace any product not delivered in perfect condition at no extra charge. In case of non-receipt of the order by the customer, and if 5 days pass without any successful communication, the order returns to the creator and is released. Refunds in the above case are not accepted. Cancellation of the order can be made within 48 hours, only in the case that the creation of the product has not started and the final product has not yet been shipped, with the right to a refund. In any other case, the product will be completed and sent as normal to the customer without right of refund. Products that are manufactured to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
