The organic cotton used in all Oratia products is made from certified organic yarns, spun, woven, and finished using processes that leave the lowest possible impact on the fibers and the environment.

No aggressive chemicals and toxic substances are used, so it retains all its natural properties. This means that some natural imperfections and slight color differences may be observed in the finished fabric.

You have the option, if you wish, to return any product you purchased. It is possible to exchange with another product.

All our products are subject to quality control before shipment. That is why they must be returned in exactly the same condition as you received them with their complete packaging. Any indication that the product has been used cancels the ability to ship. You will need to send a copy of the receipt and the item to the following address listed in the envelope enclosed in the original packaging.

If you choose to return your order, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

In case your order is returned outside of Greece, you will be additionally charged with any other charges, duties and taxes imposed by the customs authorities. The process of changing a piece involves a process that hinders our main goal: to take care of the planet. Together we can reduce the environmental impact caused by unnecessary extra shipping. Using more paper and reusing transport to send the new package takes us away from being as sustainable as we would like.
