Plextouli started as a hobby and slowly evolved into what it is today. From a very young age I liked to create with my hands and this feeling, while I had "buried" it for many years, found a way to appear again!
So at Plextouli you will find baby and children's dolls, toys, baby accessories and various decorations for the children's room and home. Everything is crocheted by hand, with a lot of care, love and meraki.
Behind Plextouli you will not find a group of people who have specific responsibilities. Everything begins and ends in my own hands. The research, creation, photography, image editing, social media, packaging, shipping, building the e-shop from scratch and anything else you can think of.
So this is Plextouli, which I have so lovingly created (while also maintaining an 8-hour morning office job) hoping to see it grow and evolve as I have dreamed it!
I am 100% handmade from start to finish, with lots of love and care! You can make me in any combination you want as long as you send a message to my creator or choose from the suggested ones.
I have been created with 100% cotton mercerized vegan yarn, certified and tested according to the European standard EN71-3, so I am completely safe for babies and children.
All my features are sewn with thread. There are no plastic pieces on me to avoid the risk of being pulled and swallowed.
My filling is soft and fluffy, but most importantly... hypoallergenic!
The delivery package is 100% eco-friendly and the order always comes in a gift box!

Return policy:
Plextouli products are crocheted one by one to order. For this reason, unfortunately, it is not possible to return or change, unless if it is a defective product.
If you receive a defective product, you can request a return of the product within 2 days of receiving it. I undertake to replace any product not delivered in perfect condition at no extra charge.
In case of non-receipt of the order by the customer, and if 5 days pass without any successful communication, the order returns to the creator and is released. Refunds in the above case are not accepted.
Cancellation of the order can be made within 48 hours, only in the case that the creation of the product has not started and the final product has not yet been shipped, with the right to a refund. In any other case, the product will be completed and sent as normal to the customer without right of refund.
Products that are manufactured to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
