You have the right to return your order within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt.
The products must be in excellent condition, with all tags included, as well as the thank-you card, which shows the product code and shipping date.
Products that have been used or washed cannot be returned.
Teething toys cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Personalized products (special orders, custom-made items, specific dimensions, items with names/letters, etc.) are non-returnable.
Furthermore, the company is not responsible for any damage or wear to the products after they have been used and is not obliged to replace or refund them under any circumstances.
