Photos: Make sure your product photos are clear, detailed and aesthetically pleasing while following the guidelines we give you (regarding size, display order, etc.)

Description: The information you provide for each product should be sufficient to cover the customer's questions. This way, when a customer purchases your products, they’ll be satisfied and are likely to shop from you again. They may also recommend you as a maker and give your products great reviews instead of making complaints and expressing dissatisfaction that the product was not as advertised.

Stock: Renew your collections and keep things fresh by coming up with new products, while reproducing best sellers and making sure you always have products in stock. You may disappoint and loose customers if your products are continuously out of stock.

Contacts: Build a more personal relationship with your buyers. It is very important that your customers trust you and feel comfortable communicating with you. We recommend that you keep in touch after the purchase and check in to make sure your customers are satisfied, inform them about new products, offers, etc. and even reward tehm when they makes consecutive purchases.

Communication: Your responses should be quick, polite, concise and helpful. Consistency, patience and immediate response to questions or problems that may arise will certainly be appreciated.
