To start selling, your maker account must complete 2 stages:
1. Approval:
After you have received a positive response from the TMM team, it means that your participation in the TMM e-shop has been approved. You can start preparing your maker profile by uploading your products and curating your storefront. However, these will not be visible to the public until the next stage (Activation) is completed.
2. Activation:
In order to publish your products so that they are visible and purchasable to our visitors, you will need to upload certain documents which are required by our payment splitter Everypay (Licensed Payment Institution). which undertakes the financial obligations and safe deposit of the money from completed orders, and the correct processing of payments, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
The first step of the process is to fill in your IBAN and Beneficiary details in the Shop Settings / IBAN Settings, click on Activation Request and press Save Changes.
Then, Meet Market receives your request and creates a new seller entry in Everypay with the IBAN and Beneficiary details you have declared. This is how a special link is created, which we send to you in order to enter the Everypay platform and start the identification and control process.
For your convenience, we suggest that you already have the following documents gathered:
- Color photos of the Identity Card of the legal representative (two files) taking a close-up of both pages or a color photo of the passport of the legal representative (both pages in one file) including all corners of the document. Driving licenses are not accepted.
- A copy of one kind of household utility bill (phone-bill, electricity, natural gas, etc) in the name of the legal representative, showing your address and VAT number, with a date of issue within the last three (3) months.
*In the event that there is no household utility bill in the name of the legal representative, then a personal bank account statement can be used where the name of the beneficiary, the bank, the IBAN, the residential address, with a date of issue within the last three (3) months.
- A copy of your bank account showing the IBAN, bank, name of the beneficiary and address. Please make sure it is an official copy (not handwritten for example) with a date of issue within the last three (3) months.
- A printout (not a photo) from TAXISNET with the active "ΚΑΔ" and VAT number of the business with a date of issue within the last three (3) months.
*ΚΑΔ is the activity code number that every professional or company has declared. This should fit as closely as possible to the actual scope of activity and the image of the company.
Once your documents are approved, the status of your Everypay account will change to "successful" and you will receive the corresponding update from the TMM marketplace. Et voila! you are ready to start selling!
