Each piece will be produced upon order, giving special attention to each detail and specific features. Hence, we do not refund after the production process has already taken place. We offer you the opportunity to exchange one piece of jewelry for another within 20 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for an exchange, the returned product must: -Be unused and in excellent condition, as it was before sale. -Be in its complete original packaging (box, etc.), undamaged, and include all original contents. Eligible Exchange Cases: Change of choice – If you wish to exchange your item for another. Incorrect order – If you received the wrong item. Damaged product – If the product arrives damaged. The original product must be returned to our studio. Shipping costs for the exchange process are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a damaged product. If you choose to visit our studio for an exchange, replacement, or repair, no shipping costs will apply.
