Why semolina? (Continuity)
In general, semolina is a food that is low in fat and rich in complex carbohydrates and many nutrients, including protein, vitamins E and B, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium and calcium.
Also, semolina is a food that is low in cholesterol and sodium, rich in fiber and contains no harmful trans fatty acids. For these reasons semolina is a healthy food that can be safely incorporated into a well-balanced diet.
More specifically, its high carbohydrate content makes semolina a food that offers a lot of energy. This is especially important for people with intense activity, provided that it should be used in moderation as part of a balanced diet.
Semolina is also particularly beneficial because of the potassium it contains. Tips

Shrimps with Cuttlefish Ink Tagliatelle!

Materials:
400 gr. PASTABOUKIS tagliatelle with cuttlefish ink
400 gr. Shrimps in shell
Olive oil
1 medium onion
1 Florinis pepper
1/2 Glass of Ouzo wine
1/2 Spoonful of Sweet Sugar
Parsley

Implementation:
Boil the Shrimps in a pot of water for 10 minutes. Once the boiling time is complete, remove them & keep the broth.
Put olive oil in a non-stick pan and saute the onion, once caramelized add the pepper cut into sticks and add the sugar.
As soon as the pepper sticks are soft (2-3 minutes), pour some broth from the shrimps and let them boil.
Then add the Shrimps to the pan and extinguish with the Ouzo.
Turn off the heat and add the tagliatelle (boiled for 5 minutes), mix and serve with some chopped parsley.
