Nutritional value and benefits of Groats:
Groats is the product of the kernel of the wheat, after it has undergone heat treatment, drying and crushing. Groats is almost zero fat, low in calories and a rich source of complex carbohydrates.
Due to the relatively small processing that the wheat has undergone until the Groats is produced, all the beneficial properties are preserved with the main advantages, as mentioned above, the high content of lean protein and plant fibers.
