Tips
Salad with Whole Grain Rigatoni and Boiled Eggs!
Materials:
1 package PASTABOUKIS Wholemeal Rigatoni
5 boiled eggs
2 roasted Florini Peppers
2-3 fresh onions
Capers
Olives of your choice
3 spoons of strained yogurt
3 spoons of Mayonnaise
Dill, chopped
Olive oil
Pepper
Implementation:
Boil the Rigatoni PASTABOUKIS (with 100% wholemeal flour, fresh eggs, fresh cow's milk)
4-5 minutes in salted water, and drain in cold water.
Add a few drops of olive oil so they don't stick.
Finely chop the Florinis Pepper, the fresh Onions, the Capers.
Put the Yogurt, the Mayonnaise, some Olive Oil, the chopped Vegetables in a bowl and mix.
Add the cold pasta, pepper and chopped dill.
Put the salad in the bowl and put the sliced boiled Eggs and Olives on top of the salad.
Garnish with a few sprigs of dill.
