Whole Ground Carrot Tagliatelle with Tomato and Sesame Sauce!

400 gr. PASTABOUKIS wholemeal fresh carrot tagliatelle
4 tbsp olive oil
1 onion,
1 sc. garlic
200 gr. cherry tomatoes
Some sugar
Salt Pepper
1/2 bunch of parsley leaves

Chop the onion and garlic.
Heat half the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and saute the onion and garlic for 3-4 minutes until they soften slightly.
Then, pour the remaining olive oil into the pan and saute the cherry tomatoes after cutting them in half, for 2 minutes.
Add sugar, salt, pepper and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat.
Chop the parsley and add it to the sauce.
Boil the PASTABOUKIS Tagliatelle (Fresh Carrot Tagliatelle with 100% Whole Wheat Flour) in a pot of plenty of salted water for 3 minutes.
Add the tagliatelle to the pan with the sauce, mix and serve adding sesame seeds.
